Terms of Service

Rules for using FieldOS

These terms explain the responsibilities of employers, workers, and anyone using FieldOS.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Using FieldOS

FieldOS provides workforce management tools for inviting workers, assigning tasks, tracking job status, sending messages, and managing field team activity. By using FieldOS, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Accounts and Roles

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Employer accounts manage businesses and invite workers. Worker accounts are linked through invite codes and should only access the workspace they are authorized to join.

Workspace Content

Employers and workers are responsible for the task details, messages, names, emails, rejection reasons, and other information they add to FieldOS. Do not upload or send unlawful, harmful, misleading, or private information unless you have permission to use it.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access another account, interfere with security controls, scrape the service, send spam, or use FieldOS for illegal activity.

Service Availability

We work to keep FieldOS available and reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime. FieldOS is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Account Changes

We may suspend or remove access when accounts violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. Users can contact us for help with account access or deletion requests.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as FieldOS changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
